The guided steps now appear inside the conversation itself. Each selected option advances to the next step until the service details are reached, after which the user can continue with normal OpenAI chat while keeping that context.

Fill the entry form The form is saved immediately when the chat starts, so the session is linked to the user's name and contact information.

Choose guided options in the chat Department, category, service, and any other guided steps appear as conversation choices instead of a separate bottom panel.

Continue naturally When the last guided step is reached, the chat becomes a normal AI conversation with the selected service remembered for follow-up questions like fees or requirements.
